We never pass on email addresses or in fact any personal information to anyone.

Payment Policy
We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal, the highly reputable on-line payment system.
In the event that you are not happy paying on-line we will happily accept cheques, goods will be dispatched when cleared funds have reached our bank account.

Delivery Policy
As many of our products are made to order delivery times may be longer than ‘off the shelf’ outlets.
Delivery of your goods normally takes 2 weeks from your order being received.
Progress on all orders can be tracked using our on-line Order Tracking facility.
Please note, if you need your order for a date that is within the delivery window let us know and if we can accommodate your order we will.
International deliveries?
Please contact us for a quotation for postage to international destinations.
Returns
We offer a fair returns policy in line with the distance selling regulations.
Notify us of your reason and intent to return your goods within 7 days of delivery and we will happily refund you.
Goods are returned at your cost unless there has been a mistake on our part.
We do ask however that the goods are returned in their original condition and as you would expect, personalised goods are non-refundable.
Important
Unfortunately, goods that have been customised with a name cannot be returned.
